Luigi’s Mansion 3 is among the most anticipated games releasing before the end of the year on Nintendo Switch, and the Japanese publisher is taking advantage of all big events to show the game to the public.
This weekend, Luigi’s Mansion 3 is being shown at PAX West 2019, and footage of the demo started surfacing online. Needless to say, the game is looking better than in the footage shown at the E3 earlier this year, so fans of the series are in for something special.
Luigi’s Mansion 3 stars Luigi like the previous entries in the series as he explores a mysterious hotel. Mario, Luigi and their friends have been invited to this hotel, but it was a trap set by King Boo to capture them.
With the help of Professor Gadd, Luigi sets out to capture ghosts, solve puzzles and save his brother and his friends.
Luigi’s Mansion 3 will come with updated gameplay over the past two entries in the series. The biggest addition to the gameplay is Gooigi, a doppelganger that will help Luigi solve puzzles and get past obstacles.
Luigi’s Mansion 3 will also feature a multiplayer mode called ScareScraper. This mode can be played either online or locally with up to eight players.
Luigi’s Mansion 3 launches on October 31st worldwide exclusively on Nintendo Switch.
