Many AAA publishers are releasing older games on Nintendo Switch lately, and among them is Ubisoft. The European publisher recently released Assassin’s Creed III Remastered on the Nintendo console, and it seems like two other entries in the popular series are coming to the console.
Greek retailer The Console Club briefly listed on its website Assassin’s Creed IV Black Flag and Assassin’s Creed Rogue Remastered for Nintendo Switch, as reported by Nintendo Everything.
No other information has been shared, other than a December 6th release date for both, as it seems like they will be included in a single package.
Ubisoft and Nintendo have yet to confirm this release, but there’s a good chance we won’t have to wait much longer to learn more about it, as a Nintendo Direct is scheduled for later today, so if Assassin’s Creed IV Flag and Rogue are coming to Nintendo Switch, we will learn more about it in a few hours.
Both Assassin’s Creed IV and Rogue Remastered are among the best entries in the series, mostly thanks to the naval gameplay features that introduced a very interesting twist to the gameplay formula, especially following Assassin’s Creed III, which is far from being among the most beloved entries in the series due to a few issues plaguing the game.
While the two games are not on the level of the latest entries, which have taken a role-playing game approach, they are both extremely enjoyable, and will be even more so when played on the go.
Assassin’s Creed IV and Rogue Remastered have yet to be confirmed for Nintendo Switch.
