The festivities are over, and so is Mario Kart Tour’s themed tour. Things are always changing in the game, however, and a new tour has now begun, bringing new content to the game.
The first Mario Kart Tour 2020 tour is the New Year Tour. It brings a good number of new challenges as well as a new character, Happi Mario, and a new kart, the Quickshaw. This content can be obtained through the spotlight pipe.
The new Year Tour also grants new log-in bonuses. Players who open the game ion their devices will receive 5 Rubies, giving them the chance to earn up to 50 if they log-in until the end of the tour, on January 15th.
A new trailer has been released for the New Year Tour, and you can take a look at it below.
Mario Kart Tour is setting out to become an even better game in 2020. Following a rather shaky launch, the game received improved controls, new features and other tweaks which made it a much more enjoyable experience. Additionally, real-time multiplayer will be undergoing beta testing soon, with a launch coming in the following days.
Mario Kart Tour is now available on iOS and Android worldwide.
