In today’s article we are going to dive into the PROJECT: OFFROAD [20] tips and cheats and share with you a whole list of tips that will help you become a better driver and enjoy the game.

This game has a ton of fun features, and along with that, some pretty amazing (to say the least) graphics and physics, so that you can truly enjoy a real offroad driving experience with your car of choice – now don’t expect to take a Ferrari down on the rocky offroad paths, because that won’t happen!

But there are plenty of other fun things you can do, and if you are a fan of the simulation type of games, then you’ll probably find PROJECT: OFFROAD [20] a pretty good game to spend your past time on!

Thus being said, let’s not waste another second and check out what you came here to see – all of our PROJECT: OFFROAD [20] tips and tricks to help you become a better driver and master the game!

Master the controls

The very best start you could have in this game is by mastering all the controls. If you are already a driver, then you probably know a thing or two – but if you are a complete beginner, you should try out all the buttons and understand what each of them do, so that you will never be caught off-guard.

Do you like a specific play style? Then adjust the controls to better fit your play style! By doing that you will adapt to the controls a lot easier and it will just be a matter of time until you can master them.

If you want to change the controls, you can head on to the Settings menu and there you will see the various types of controls. If you want one that will be more accurate to a real car driving experience, the first one will do the trick – the second one is simpler, using only direction arrows and pedals.

For those who are not really into the driving controls in the game (or to put it bluntly – are bad at it, like it is in my case sometimes) then the last option will do. That one will use the gravity (or the way you tilt your device) to control direction and feature 2 on-screen buttons.

I recommend using that last control type if you are completely new to the genre, or are not much into driving on mobile devices!

Log in daily to claim free rewards

Every single day you will be able to log into the game, you can claim some free loot rewards which are going to add up. You will mainly receive cash rewards, which will help you save up for new cars and improvements, with the occasional complete level up!

I suggest that even if you don’t log in to play for a particular day, just open the game to claim these rewards because there will come a time when you’ll want to actually play and then you will find a good us for all of these rewards that kept piling up!

Customize your car

There will be various customizations that you can make to your car, no matter which one you choose. You can pay for some, while others are going to be completely free. I suggest that you check them all out, and before you start spending all of your savings on some of the paid ones, you first check out all the free ones and customize a car using them.

That is, because the paid customizations will not transfer from a car to another, so in my opinion it is not worth it investing into them, and then changing your car completely and having to pay for new ones all over again!

Select one of the free cars for start

At the very beginning you will only be rocking a level 1 car, which will have a power and torque meter from 1/5 to 2/5, depending on which car you pick. I suggest that until you level up to level 2, you try to use the car which has a 2/5 Power and 2/5 Torque because this will be your best beginner option.

I know well that the car is nothing fancy, but bear with me because that is one of the best f2p beginner cars that you can have. You can even keep that up to level 7, when you will be able to unlock better ones, since the ones you get at levels 2 and 5 are pretty much equal to this one!

I suggest that you save up around 785000 (or more) and buy the one at level 14, or even 18, because these are where you will start to really see bigger differences in terms of performance on the terrain!

If you choose the 2/5 power and 2/5 torque beginner car as your main one, then you can also start investing in some of the paid customizations, because if you’re going to go with what I suggest, you are going to keep that car for quite a bit of time!

Watch an ad for free money

While you are in the game’s main interface you will see in the bottom right corner of the screen a button which will offer you to watch an advertisement in return for giving you some money (around 20000).

If you want to save up for a new car, then this is going to help a lot! So don’t miss this and try to watch moderately, because eventually you will want to have enough for unlocking your wanted car.

Choose which game mode you want to play

There are 4 game modes that you can pick between, and quite a few map types, so if you want a change of scenery, there will be plenty of stuff to keep you entertained:

Maps: In the Maps mode you will see entire maps and there you will have various events marked at certain locations. You will have to drive there, and pretty much go on the “story mode” and just enjoy the scenery, along with plenty of tasks to do.

You should go explore all of them and drive around, because there will be no missions – just you and the car, and some map events (kinda like mini-games within the game) that you can try to complete.

– Free Drive: In this mode you get to explore various content, from the Arcade, to Snow and Mud. They all have environmental factors that will take part in playing the game, so if you want a good practice tool, use the Free Drive to test your driver skills.

– Arcade Mode: This mode will be coming soon to the game, so stay updated. You can get a glimpse of this mode by heading to the Free Drive and selecting Arcade. It is pretty much like an obstacle course, or similar to how the game looks with just the models down and no rendering of the surrounding environment!

– Online Battle: This mode I believe is the PvP, but it will become available in a future patch – as of right now, it”s not been released yet.

I have been playing games ever since I can remember. My passion for video games and especially pixel graphic games must have started back when I was little, because every time I try a new game with pixel graphics I immediately fall addicted to it! I started writing about mobile games in November 2018, focusing on creating in-depth guides for the most popular titles out there. Other than games, I am also passionate about design, and working on my very own pixel game in my free time.
