Choose Your Own Lightning-Fast Text Adventure in Ord., Now Available on iOS, Android

This article is over 4 years old and may contain outdated information

Remember those old “choose your own adventure” books from when you were a child, where you would be presented with a long-winded scenario and you have to choose what to do by going to the appropriate page? Well, imagine that but without 90 percent of the words and you have Ord.

Ord. is a minimalist text adventure game that is brief and gets straight to the point. With no graphics but white text on a black background and a few visual effects, players will have to fully immerse themselves in their own interpretation of their adventure.

Ord. will provide players with a few words at each junction of the adventure, if even that – most of the time you will see a single word. Then, two choices will appear that are equally short and you must choose to advance the story.

True to the nature of an unpredictable choose your own adventure story, your choices will influence where your journey takes you. You may find yourself in a deep, dark dungeon, or you might find yourself enjoying a bright sunny day with your cute dog.

Where will your adventure take you? Ord. is available now on the App Store and Google Play Store for 1.99 USD.
