Fans have been weaiting for a new Super Mario collection for a very long time, and so it is not surprising to see the excitement for the upcoming Super Mario 3D All-Stars increase with each passing day.
Nintendo knows this all too well, and it is giving fans exactly what they want ahead of release: brand new footage.
Today, Nintendo shared some brand new footage that showcase the Super Mario Galaxy remaster. Not only the game looks great, but it will probably be much better to play for those who do not like motion controls, as the iconic spin move can now be performed with regular controls.
You can find the new footage below, courtesy of Nintendo Everything.
Super Mario 3D All-Stars is also going to include Super Mario 64 and Super Mario Sunshine, two games that do not need an introduction as they created the 3D platforming genre and evolved it respectively. Mysteriously absent from the collection is Super Mario Galaxy 2, which is an excellent game that definitely deserves a remaster.
Super Mario 3D All-Stars launches on Nintendo Switch on September 18th. The collection will be available for purchase until March 31st, 2020.
