The housing system in Illusion Connect is quite interesting and rewarding. The Muscipula helps you gain extra stats to become stronger, and rewards you with plenty of resources to keep going. So, in today’s article I am going to give you a complete Illusion Connect Muscipula guide to help you understand everything there is to know about it.
You should always upgrade the Tree of Eternity
The Tree is basically one of the most important features. With each upgrade, it will let you upgrade the other rooms and increase the number of functional furniture you have in the house (Books, Frame Lights, Carts, Chairs).
– Tree of Eternity location is Lounge.
Build all the functional furniture you can
As I previously mentioned, the functional furniture is:
– Books
– Frame Lights
– Dessert Cart
– Single Deck Chair
– Double Bed
They give you rewards based on the number of items you have placed and their level. So, you want to always max these out by upgrading them.
Books
– They increase the maximum Energy you have when deploying heroes on your team. (so you don’t get penalty for going over the Energy limit)
– They don’t produce anything else over time.
– Location: Otaku Room
Dessert Cart
– It keeps producing Gold over time, and can also store Gold (until you collect it).
– Upgrading it will increase the Gold you get overtime and the maximum amount of Gold it can store.
– Location: Pastry Room
Single Deck Chair
– It keeps producing Crystals over time, and can also store Crystals (until you collect them).
– Upgrading it will increase the Crystals you get overtime and the maximum amount of Crystals it can store.
– Location: Hot Spring
Double Bed
– It increases the number of partners you can have on your team.
– Upgrading it increases the maximum number of partners (can be unlocked only by leveling up and upgrading Tree of Eternity).
– It doesn’t produce anything else over time.
– Location: Bedroom
Frame Light
– It keeps producing EXP over time, and can also store EXP (until you collect it).
– Upgrading it will increase the EXP you get overtime and the maximum amount of EXP it can store.
– Location: Living Room
Place Idle Partners
This option will let you place some of your partners in specific rooms to increase production and grant you some additional stats. Keep in mind that each room can hold a maximum of 4 partners, so deploy them accordingly.
Before placing any partners, make sure you check all of the options out and determine which are the best locations for each. For example, Yuffie in Otaku Room gives you a +4 bonus deployed energy, and in Living Room +10% bonus EXP. So, take that into consideration for each of the characters.
Note: Placing partners increases your Intimacy with them over time!

Interact with the partners
In addition to simply placing them in the rooms, you can also interact with them when they ask for it. Sometimes they will ask you to “pat” them (yep, that’s how it is), and other times they will as you to give them gifts. So, keep on reading if you want to know how to head pat in Illusion Connect.
Make sure you always comply because it will give you a good intimacy boost.
Illusion Connect – How to pat partner
I know very well how awkward and cringe-worthy it sounds, but we have to go with it. When you see one of your partners with this icon above their head, go ahead and tap on it.
Then, a new interface will appear where you can see the partner, and a love meter.
This meter will increase when you pat the partner’s head.
Illusion Connect – How to gift partner
Gifting works in a similar way to patting. However, it will give more Intimacy and it’s an event that doesn’t occur as often as patting (I’d say out of 10 times, only 2-3 are gifting).
When a partner has this icon above their head, tap on them and gift them the present they desire. If you don’t have said present, simply buy it with Gold on the spot.
Other room decorations
You can use your Decoration Coins to purchase other furniture items in the Decoration tab. I suggest that you don’t waste your Diamonds on them, because you’ll collect plenty of Decoration Coins from the redeem codes and other daily rewards.
– These decorations will give you Comfort Points, which give you a slight increase to the stats. They apply to all partners, so they’re a great way to get them stronger. Still, it’s not worth spending Diamonds for them.
I believe this would be everything about the Illusion Connect Muscipula house. Is there anything else you would like to learn about? Let me know down in the comments section below!
