The open world of Genshin Impact is said to have seven major regions, all ruled under the Seven Archons. With just two regions unlocked, namely Mondstadt and Liyue, players have already spent hundreds of hours in exploration, treasure hunting, solving puzzles, challenging domains, world bosses, and more.

About a month ago, a Twitter and Reddit user who goes by the name NepNep shared the translated full map of Genshin Impact that he found over a Chinese game discussion forum BBS NGA.

Thanks to him, the Genshin Impact community can finally have a full look at the entire Genshin Impact game map—yes, you can check the locations of all seven regions of Teyvat—all thanks to the Genshin Impact map leak.

Now, after having a good look at Genshin Impact’s complete map, we have a bunch of unanswered questions to talk about; however, the first question we are going to discuss is how will players reach Inazuma, the next big region in Genshin Impact that comes with the next major update.

Genshin Impact – How players will reach Inazuma

This is a wild guess, but as we already know, Inazuma is under the protection of the Electro Archon Baal, who also serves as the Shogun of the region, implying Inazuma is a region in Genshin Impact inspired from Japan. Similarly, Mondstadt takes inspiration from Germany, and Liyue from Hong Kong. We also know that Inazuma is locked out by Baal.

Before moving on to our speculation on how players will enter Inazuma—did you all see how much detail miHoYo put into the world-building? Just look at the location of Inazuma —it is an island (also including a set of small islands) that is not connected to the mainland (more like real Japan)—a location that can only be reached via ships.

With that in mind, we now know that Beidou is definitely going to play a vital role in creating a passage for the Traveler (Aether or Lumine) to reach Inazuma.
