Genshin Impact New Story Teaser Gave us the first look at the five Yakshas: The Guardian Adepti

Earlier today, Genshin Impact’s official Youtube channel unveiled a story teaser – Yakshas: The Guardian Adepti that shed some light on the upcoming five-star Anemo user Xiao and the five Yakshas. Genshin Impact’s third major update, version 1.3 is set to release on February 3, 2021, across PC, PS4, Android, PS5, and iOS platforms.

Genshin Impact’s new story teaser showcases how Rex Lapis, currently known as Zhongli, summoned the five Yakshas who swore an oath to protect Liyue from demons and monsters. Among the five Yakshas, we know the name of only one, and that is Xiao, but the new story teaser revealed the elements of the other four Yakshas – and here it is.

While we already knew the fate of the Yakshas, Genshin Impact’s new story teaser also highlights the same. Out of five Yakshas, three died – succumbed to darkness, one disappeared without any trace, leaving Xiao as the sole surviving Yakshas in the mortal realm.

Genshin Impact is a free to play gacha-based role-playing game currently available on PC, PS4, Android, and iOS.
