The first major addition included in the new patch is hard mode, which ramps up the difficulty considerably. This is definitely a good addition for those who felt that the game was too easy.

The new hard mode isn’t the only addition of the new update. Afted defeating the Wall of Flesh, players will be able to access new biomes, new bosses, new enemies, over 100 new items, new NPCs and the new Pwngammer, which destroys Demon Altars for new ones.

Those who prefer to fight from long range will be happy to know that the new Terraria update adds Combat Targeting, which allows gamers to lock on specific enemies by just tapping on them. Last, but not least, the new update adds Everyplay Support, allowing gamers to share their experience with others.

Terraria is now available for purchase on the App Store for only $4.99. The new update is now available for free so make sure to download it as soon as possible if you felt that the Terraria experience was stagnating. The amount of new features introduced by the update is really huge so you’ll have plenty to do after downloading it.
