Genshin Impact 1.5 update is finally here. There are hundreds of new housing items added to the game with the brand new intricate housing system. Furthermore, the housing items like furnishings, landforms, pets, etc come with different rarity attached to them. Some items are common, while, some are rare. Rare Housing Items

In Genshin Impact, players can get rare furnishings by talking to the travelling salesman Chubby, inside the Serenitea Pot. Another ways to get rare furnishings are by taking part in events, purchasing high rarity furnishings from Serenitea Pot companion Tubby, and by completing different challenges that you can check out by clicking on the Tea Pot icon, located on the top right corner of the game screen, prior to events icon.

Chubby visits your realm with randomized unique housing items from 4:00 AM every Friday to 4:00 AM on Monday of the next week.

And if you are not satisfied with the products he is selling or if you are looking for something in particular, then you wait for one day as you can buy products from Chubby at your friend’s realm by from 4:00 AM every Saturday to 4:00 AM on the Monday of the next week.

Not unique or super rare, but players can also buy some good furnishings from Tubby.

Talk to Tubby and chose the Realm Depot option. Explore the different tabs and purchase furnishings, blueprints or anything that you like, using the new Realm currency.
