Genshin Impact: How to use Dream Solvent | Convert Five-Star Talent Level Up Materials to other Forms

Genshin Impact 1.5 update brought a plethora of new content additions and quality of life changes, including the new consumable item Dream Solvent. Players can now convert their unused five-star talent level up materials from weekly bosses to other forms using the dream solvent. In this guide, we will talk about how you can use dream solvent in Genshin Impact, followed by a step-by-step guide depicting the process involved.

How to use Dream Solvent

In Genshin Impact, players can use dream solvent using the convert option available in the Alchemy table. Go to any of the two major cities – Mondstadt or Liyue harbour to find an alchemy table. Interact with the alchemy table and select the second option in the top tabs.

• The first default tab is for crafting items.
• The second tab is for converting items.

There you can use dream solvent to convert not used five-star talent level up materials to another forms which you require the most.

Convert Five-Star Talent Level Up Materials to other Forms

Here is a step-by-step process involved in converting the five-star talent level up materials to other forms in Genshin Impact using the newly added consumable item, Dream Solvent.

Travel to Liyue harbor waypoint. Turn left and you will find yourself an alchemy table.

Use your action button or tap to interact with the Alchemy table to open craft and convert menu. Select the second tab – used for converting items from one form to another.

In the convert menu, players can find five-star talent level up materials they currently have from the weekly bosses. Click on the material that you want. For me, I wanted Tusk of Monoceros Caeli for my Zhongli.

Note: Only drops from the same boss can be converted to other form. Like to get the Monoceros Caeli(Childe weekly boss reward). I have to use Shard of a Foul Legacy(another reward from Childe weekly boss fight).

In the craft menu you will get an overview of the items required for conversion and the final product.

After the conversion process is over, the talent level up item is added to player inventory.
