How To Change Jobs In Miitopia

Like many other role-playing games, Miitopia features a job system that lets players change the job of their main character and use a variety of different abilities in battle. While the basics are the same we have seen over and over, Miitopia actually twists the system in a very interesting way that forces players to try out different jobs before they are able to pick whichever one they like best.

How To Change Jobs In Miitopia

At the very start of the game, you are able to pick between six basic jobs: Warrior, Mage, Cleric, Thief, Pop Star and Chef. For the duration of the first story chapter, you will be stuck with the job you pick at the beginning.

Two times, at the end of Chapter 1 and at the end of Chapter 2, the Dark Lord will seal your current job, forcing you to pick another and start over from level 1. At this point, you will also unlock some new jobs, so, in the end, the Dark Lord is actually doing a favor to you.

Once you reach the end of Chapter 3, the Dark Lord will no longer be able to seal your job, so he will go after your companions, forcing you to recruit new ones. At this point, however, you will also be able to change jobs at will. Please note that all jobs start at level 1, so you will be back to that level if you pick a job you have never used before. Also, make sure to pick a job that’s suited to your personality to make the best out of it.
