Teleport to Inazuma City waypoint, in front of you, on the right side of the stairs, you will find Inazuma General Store that sells a variety of items including, Inazuma’s local specialty, Naku Weed.

Inazuma General Store is owned by an NPC called Aoi and the store is called Tsukumomono Groceries.
