Pokémon Masters EX is quite a unique game with its Pokémon and Trainer Sync Pair mechanics. One of the most exciting things in pretty much any Pokémon game is the evolution process, which makes your Pokémon stronger. Although Pokémon Masters EX is not very different from other Pokémon games, but players may still run into some confusion trying to understand the game’s Pokémon Evolution mechanics. This guide will explain how to Evolve Pokémon in Pokemon Masters EX.
How to Evolve Pokemon in Pokemon Masters EX
Pokémon Evolution in Pokémon Masters EX will require two things from you. The first one is just resources. You will need to get some Evolution Shards to serve as your evolution materials.
The second thing you will need is to reach a 30 lvl with the Sync Pair this Pokémon belongs to. After that, you will be able to start an Evolution Mission for this Pokémon. You can find it within the Sync Pair Stories tab.

Evolution Missions are special tasks with a small plot and a tough boss to fight. Usually, the enemy you will need to defeat is quite difficult, so you should prepare for this battle. Once your opponent is beaten, your Pokémon will consume all the shards it needs and evolve. Don’t start the mission if you don’t have enough Evolution Shards.
If your Pokémon has more than one possible evolution, the demand for a mission and rewards will be different. Your Sync Pair will need to reach 45 lvl and your Pokémon will require more resources for evolution. After completing the second mission of this type, your Sync Pair will also get some stats improvements.
