How to Complete the Owlan’s Exotic Plant Side Quest in The Legend of Zelda: Skyward Sword HD

The Owlan’s Exotic Plant side quest becomes available after finding Kukiel and defeating Bilocyte. After this has been accomplished, head over to the Knight Academy in Skyloft and speak with Instructor Owlan, who will ask Link to find an exotic plant. The plant we are looking for can be found in the Faron Woods.

To complete this side quest, you will have to find Olo in the woods, and the location changes depending on where you are in the story. To find Olo with ease, open the map once in the Faron Woods and look for its icon. Once you find it, head to the location, talk with it and have Fi transport it to Owlan.

After this is done, head back to Owlan in the Knight Academy and speak with him to complete this side quest. You will receive 5 Gratitude Crystals for your trouble.
