The Middle Mountain Cabins was one of the POIs in Fallout 76, where players often used to complete the daily, weekly and seasonal quests that came in the form of killing Yao Guai, Radscorpions, Honeybeasts and other such creatures that are hard to find in usual locations. 

However, with the Once in a Blue Moon update released last year, Middle Mountain Cabins was revamped into an NPC camp called Middle Mountain Pitstop, where the Blue Ridge Caravan Company resides.

Middle Mountain Cabins Location

The Middle Mountain Cabins, which we now know as the Middle Mountain Pitstop, is located in the Savage Divide region of Appalachia. We have shared its exact location in the above map screenshot. 

How to Reach Middle Mountain Cabins in Fallout 76

To reach the Middle Mountain Cabins from Vault 76, you must keep heading towards the southeast. Apart from the time-consuming walk, reaching there from Vault 76 is very easy.

As we mentioned, the Middle Mountain Cabins is no longer your creature spawn spot, as now, you can find the Blue Ridge Caravan Company there.
