When you want to fish in LEGO Fortnite, you normally have to just walk along the coast until you find a hot spot of fish, but with the Bait Bucket, you can make them yourself! Here’s how to get Bait Buckets in LEGO Fortnite.
Guide to Crafting the Bait Bucket in LEGO Fortnite
A real fisherman always keep a Bait Bucket in their inventory at all times, as they make fishing much faster. Like most of the tools in LEGO Fortnite, the Bait Bucket comes in four different rarities; the higher tier Bait Buckets last longer and attract rarer fish.
The basic version of the Bait Bucket can only be crafted at the Food Processor, a new crafting station that allows you to turn fish into delicate fillets. The higher tier Bait Buckets cannot be crafted at the Food Processor; they must instead be crafted at the Juicer. Here’s what you need to make both:
- Food Processor: Plank x 8, Bone x 7, Wooden Rod x 3, Granite x 6
- Juicer: Plank x 8, Marble Slab x 8, Knotroot Rod x5
Let’s get start making your first Bait Bucket. First, you’ll need to craft a Fishing Rod and catch some fish; any fish will do. Go to your Food Processor and add the fish to get a Fish Fillet. Put the Fish Fillet back into the Food Processor a second time to make a Common Bait Bucket.
The Common Bait Bucket serves as a material to make the better Bait Buckets, so you’ll always need the Common ones. Take your Common Bait Bucket to your Juicer with the following materials in hand:
- Uncommon Bait Bucket: Common Bait Bucket, Vines x 2, Raspberry x 3
- Rare Bait Bucket: Common Bait Bucket, Corn Kernel x 3, Pumpkin Seed x 3, Pepper Seed x 3
- Epic Bait Bucket: Common Bait Bucket, Slap Juice x 1, Spicy Burger x 1
Now that you have Bait Buckets, go to any body of water and toss one into the water to instantly create a fishing hot spot. May you catch lots of fish!
