In BitLife, anyone can be anything, which means that you can even change the circumstances of your birth. Say, for example, someone wanted to live in the old bay state of Massachusetts, they can do just that, so here’s how to be born in Massachusetts in BitLife.

Massachusetts is a state in the northeastern region of United States, siting cozily next to Connecticut and Rhode Island. Much like the other smaller east coast states, there’s usually only one place to start here in BitLife. Whether you’re trying to complete the Model Mischief challenge or you just want to live on the east coast, we’ll show you how to be born in Massachusetts.

Start BitLife, and then start a new life. Don’t worry if you already have a life in progress, as the game will save it for later, and you can pick it back up at any time you like.

When you’re starting a new life in BitLife, you can customize your name, gender, country, and place. Your name and gender can be whatever you want, but be sure to set your country to the United States, of course.

For places, BitLife tries to list state capitals and the largest cities, but in the case of Massachusetts, its capital is the biggest city, which is Boston. Set your place there, and your character starts their life in Massachusetts. Your settings should look like the screenshot below when you’re finished.

And that’s it! Your character will be considered born in Massachusetts after starting your life in Boston. Do note that you can’t move to different places after you have already been born; you can only move to different countries, so this always requires restarting.
