The Dorm Room is one of the most used rooms in Rec Room. Players can use the Dorm Room to buy and change cosmetic items, inspect the ongoing weekly challenges, change facial and body features, view the code of conduct, and many other things.

In Rec Room, you will find yourself in your Dorm Room most of the time, so making it look good is obviously what many players desire. However, some new and old players are not aware of how they can customize their Dorm Room in Rec Room. 

Keeping that in mind, we have prepared a handy guide that shares details on how you can customize your Dorm Room in Rec Room. 

How to Customize your Dorm Room in Rec Room

Players can customize their Dorm Room using the Marker Pen. Similar to customizing any custom room in Rec Room, players can use Marker Pen to change the color, shape, and size of the walls and other similar entities. 

Players can click on “Open Palette” on the Marker Pen and then select “Shapes” to select different shapes and colors for your Dorm Room. 

Once players have customized their Dorm Room, they can save their progress using the “Save” button found in the Details Tab of “This Room Menu” of “Watch Menu.”
