So let’s not waste a second and let’s check out the Retro Superhero tips and tricks below!

What Power-ups to Buy
A Retro Superhero brings power-ups into play and there’s a couple of them that are extremely useful. So I would personally recommend to always have a shield running (you must activate it at the beginning of the run) and also a Revive. These two combined will help you get as far as possible and at 1,500 hearts per package, they give you a great price. Only buy the others if you need to complete missions.

Always Get Flying Power-ups
What is great about this game is that power-ups will also be available as you play, and you will find them flying around. They are extremely useful, of course, so you should do your best to get them.

Beware of Exclamation Marks
Whenever you see an exclamation mark on the screen, it means that a rocket will fly from that direction, from right to left. Make sure to adjust your height accordingly to avoid getting hit by the incoming rocket.

It’s all about the hearts
The hearts are the virtual currency of the game and they should be your main focus at first at least, until you have a nice chunk to invest in power-ups that will in turn help you keep going. Generally, the biggest number of hearts is around the center of the screen, so try to keep that area covered to maximize the gains.

Always look at the incoming obstacles
The main character of A Retro Superhero is pretty slow at gaining height or going down, so you should always keep an eye on the right side of the screen to prepare for incoming obstacles. There will be situations when you won’t have enough time to avoid the obstacles even if you know where they are… and this is when the power-ups come in handy.
