The team has confirmed today that a new Kickstarter campaign has been launched, seeking additional funds for the game’s development. There are still 28 days to go to reach the $5000 goal so make sure to help the team out if you’re interested in the game. The extra funds will be used to add extra polish and content to game.

Striker Arena looks like a really promising game, sporting many unique features that will definitely make it stand from the competition. The game is set on a distant planet where ancient tribes have settled their differences with the Soccer of the Gods, a brutal soccer match played in the Striker Arena. Even though the game’s premise seems quite dark, the graphical style is more on the cute side, creating a really unique contrast between the setting and the actual game.

The Striker Arena gameplay experience will be as unique as its setting, including features taken from successful games like Mario Strikers and the Inazuma Eleven series, combining turn based features with more action sequences

Striker Arena will be released before the end of the year on the App Store.
