Fortnite’s Bounty Boards were first introduced into the game in Chapter 2 Season 5 where a bounty could be obtained from either an NPC or a Bounty Board. In Chapter 3 Season 2 only Bounty Boards, which can be found all around the map, offer players the chance to complete a Bounty and win Gold Bars. Check out our guide below to find every location of Bounty Boards during this exciting season of Fortnite.
Bounty Board Locations
There are 29 Bounty Boards dotted around the current map with one in every single named location except 2. Neither Command Cavern or Tilted Towers have a Bounty Board. A Bounty Board can also be found in every single Seven Outpost spot.
Completing a Bounty in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 2
To start a Bounty, players must interact with a board and accept the challenge. The Bounty must be completed in one match. Completing a Bounty gives players 75 Gold Bars if they eliminate the target within a 6 minute time frame. If the target is eliminated by another player (when the target is ‘poached’), you get fewer Gold Bars as a reward. Players also receive Gold Bars if they survive being targeted, and slightly fewer bars if the players who has placed a Bounty upon them is killed.
Only one Bounty can be obtained at one time but once that one is completed, or failed, another can be started. This makes Bounties a pretty good way of getting Gold Bars!
Let us know in the comments below what is your record for the most Bounties completed in one match. Good luck!
