Dimetrodon

RELATED: What Dinosaurs Can Cohabitate In Jurassic World Evolution 2? – Answered

Dimetrodon is interesting because it is a creature that predated the dinosaurs. With its giant spine fan, it has a very ferocious and intimidating appearance. Dimetrodon can cohabitate with others such as Corythosaurus, Maiasaura, and Brachiosaurus. It needs an enclosure that is at least 7553 meters squared.

Quetzalcoatlus

Considered one of the largest flying creatures to ever live, Quetzalcoatlus might be the closest thing to a real-life dragon. Because of its massive size, they will need an equally large living space equivalent to the size of about four aviary domes. They can live with Tapejara or Dimorphdon, but would probably do best on their own or with another Quetzalcoatlus because of their tendency to fight with others.

Therizinosaurus

A Therizinosaurus from Jurassic World Evolution 2.

Despite its appearance, the Therizinosaurus is actually a herbivore, having used its large scythe-like claws to grab plants. Despite that, it is extremely territorial and as a result, can only live on its own. The Therizinosaurus needs an enclosure about 6050 meters squared.

Pyroraptor

The Pyroraptor is a feathered dinosaur that lived towards the end of the age of the dinosaurs. Agile and powerful, it is mostly a pack hunter, which is why it should probably only live with other Pyroraptors. Anything it doesn’t hunt it will most likely pick a fight with. The Pyroraptor needs an enclosure around 11603 meters squared.

Variants And Skins

Besides the new dinosaurs, there is also a variant of Dreadnoughtus and Gigantosaurs included in the content. Dilophosaurus, Parasaurolophus, and Tyrannosaurus Rex have new decorative skins as well. New areas include the Sierra Nevada and Biosyn Valley.

You can purchase the Biosyn Expansion on its own for $19.99 if you already have the base game or get it as a bundle with the game if not. Raise and care for dinosaurs today in Jurassic World Evolution 2!
