Treasure Pod Locations in Slime Rancher

All Treasure Pod Locations in Slime Rancher Listed

Slime Rancher is a first-person, open-world adventure where players jump into the shoes of Beatrix LeBeau, a rancher who shifts to a distant planet from Earth called the Far Far Range. The Far Far Range is home to Treasure Pods, spheroidal objects scattered all around the planet. These can be considered as chest boxes, and each Treasure Pod will reward your character with a special blueprint for Slime Science gadgets, a Decoration, 3 Slime Science Resources, or—more infrequently—3 Golden Plorts. They are usually seen in remote, abandoned spots, and players can only open one per game.

How to unlock Treasure Pods in Slime Rancher

In order to open Treasure pods, you will need to unlock crackers. This will require you to play and grind through the in-game levels. Each color pod has a corresponding cracker:

  • Treasure Cracker MKI: Green Pods
  • Treasure Cracker MKII: Blue Pods
  • Treasure Cracker MKIII: Purple Pods

You can purchase these from the Vacpack Upgrade Terminal by meeting certain requirements within the game. You will need to have money as well as craft a specific number of gadgets. You will also need to unlock the lab before getting started with the first cracker, and you will need to start creating gadgets.
