In the official blog post, Grenier said, “Beginning later this month, we’re kicking off the first regional beta tests for Apex Legends Mobile.” He continued, “this is a huge moment for our team. Two years ago we changed the landscape of the battle royale genre, and now we’re aiming to do it again on mobile.”

“Apex Legends Mobile is specially designed for touchscreens, with streamlined controls and thoughtful optimizations that result in the most advanced battle royale combat available on a phone.”

“It’s a new version of Apex Legends, but it’s true to the original.”

Today, EA and Respawn Entertainment also dropped the Story from Outlands “Northstar” trailer. Which was followed by series of new information on Season 9 Legacy.

According to Grenier and other devs at Respawn, Apex Legends Season 9 update is so far, one of the biggest updates the game has ever received.

The director of Comms at Respawn, Ryan K. Rigney even said “The next seasonal update for Apex is so wild that we aren’t calling it season 09. It’s Apex Legends: Legacy or “the Legacy update.” Coming May 4th.”
