Whilst the Apex Legends community were busy watching the new Story from Outlands “Northstar” trailer. EA updated the Apex Legends page with new Season 9 information. Apex Legends Season 9 is called Legacy and it features a plentitude of major content additions like a new legend, weapon, map changes, new battle pass and much more.
With the recent release of Apex Legends on the Nintendo Switch platform. Players can remotely play Apex Legends Season 9 on their Switch console.
Apex Legends Season 9 Early Patch Notes
While we do not have the official patch notes for Apex Legends upcoming season. With the updated information on the EA’s website, we can point out some of the major additions coming with the Apex Legends Season 9 Legacy update.
New Legend Valkyrie
Valkyrie is the new hero who will join the current roster of legends in the Apex Legends Season 9 update. Valkyrie full name is Kairi Imahara. According to the current character description, “Valkyrie is a bold, brash fiery and fierce person who grew up in the shadows of her father’s legacy.”
Infested Olympus
With Season 9 of Apex Legends, the Olympus map is getting a new look. The revamped version of Olympus is called Infested Olympus. The official description states, “As infestation has sprung loose, strangling the city with roots and natural growths.”
New Weapon: BOCEK Bow
Apex Legends Season 9 is introducing a new high power bow weapon called BOCEK Bow. The official description reads, “A powerful and deadly weapon, for those with the skill to wield it. Capable of inflicting tremendous damage at medium range, you will need to make each shot count”.
New Legacy Battle Pass
The new legacy battle pass will feature Apex packs, XP boosts, skins and much more.
