Atelier Ryza 2 Playable Characters List

Being a roleplaying game with turn-based action combat, Atelier Ryza 2 features quite a good number of playable characters in the game. As a direct sequel to 2019’s Atelier Ryza: Ever Darkness & the Secret Hideout – Atelier Ryza 2 features returning playable characters like Tao, Lent, etc and, a new set of new playable characters that players will get to experience for the very first time with the second installment.

Atelier Ryza 2 made its official release across multiple platforms on January 26, 2021. Since then the game has received a positive critical reception from the gaming community. And, with newly added features and playable characters, Atelier Ryza 2 is a successful successor to its predecessor, which engrosses the players with its character design, story, music and voice acting, fluid turn-based combat with great animations, and much more.

Upon the release of Atelier Ryza 2, many players were expecting new playable characters to be added to the game. While it is true, we do have new unique playable characters, though players who are yet to play the game aren’t aware of them. So, to help them, we have prepared a list of Atelier Ryza 2 playable characters.

Atelier Ryza 2 features three returning playable characters and four new playable characters.

Reisalin “Ryza” Stout

A brilliant alchemist and the main protagonist of Atelier Ryza series.

Lent Marslink

Lent is the childhood friend of Ryza and Tao, who just like Tao and Klaudia, served as a playable character in the first game.

Tao Mongarten

Tao is a brilliant scholar and childhood friend of Ryza who was already a playable character in Atelier Ryza.

Klaudia Valentz

Klaudia is one of the returning characters in Atelier Ryza 2.

Patricia Abelheim

Student of Ryza’s best friend Tao, Patricia is a new playable character in Atelier Ryza 2 that players will get to experience for the very first time as she joins Ryza’s team. She is a young girl who seeks freedom from her privileged life.

Serri Glaus

Serri Glaus is a new playable character who was introduced with Atelier Ryza 2. According to her description, she belongs to the Oren race, and her mission is to collect seeds of different plants for an unknown reason. She joins Ryza and her group to accompany them to the ruins.

Fi

Fi is a fairy-like creature and one of the new added playable characters in Atelier Ryza 2 whom Ryza encounters during her travels.

Clifford Diswell

Clifford Diswell is yet another new playable character introduced with Atelier Ryza 2. According to the description, Clifford is a mysterious guy who cloaks himself in sophisticated clothing. He is a self-proclaimed treasure hunter, who in reality is a well known thief, and has a lot of criminal records as evidence.
