In this guide, we will talk about the best general team position in Axie Infinity.

What is the Best Axie Team Position in Axie Infinity?

The most dependable position is to use two Axies in a horizontal line, either bottom or top, and a third Axie over them.

The most typical and foolproof positioning strategy in a horizontal line is to put a defender, or tank, in front of the row formed by two Axies, while you locate an attacker behind this.

It is a straightforward position: the defender takes the enemy’s damage, and when it’s the defender’s turn, then the Axie that is located behind the tank attacks.

An example of a good setup position for your team is: Bird in the back line, Aqua in the mid line, and Plant in the front line. The Axies located on your mid line (Aqua) and back line (Bird) should be both on the same row.

Professional players will usually locate their highest damage Axies and lowest HP on the back, a mid-high damage Axie with high HP in the mid line, while the highest HP Axie is located as the tank in the front.

This position seems to be the best one so far, but you can always try to experiment to see which positions are better.

Battle positions are quite crucial in Axie Infinity, as they determine the attack priority, and hence, it is recommended that new players take the help of a classic horizontal battle set up.
