There are nine different types of beasts that you can add to your battle marches in Primitive Era: 10,000 BC. Each beast grants different kinds of buffs to your battle march, like marching speed, HP, attack, defense, and so on.
It is important to keep in mind that the main buff granted by beasts only affects a specific type of unit. The best beast to use is completely dependent upon the types of units you are using in your battle march.
Here are the strongest beasts, sorted by the unit they buff:
- Ground Sloth: Warrior attack and defense +5%
- Gastornis: Archer attack and defense +5%
- Smilodon: Infantry attack and defense +5%
- Mammoth: Cavalry attack and defense +5%
Every time you star up a beast, their respective unit buff is increased by another 5%. Beasts can buff their matching units up to a total of 50% once they are maxed out.
