In this game, players face off against each other in 5-on-5 MOBA-style team battles. Players cooperate with their teammates to catch wild Pokémon, level up and evolve their own Pokémon, and defeat opponents’ Pokémon while trying to earn more points than the opposing team within the allotted time.

Pokémon UNITE introduces a new kind of Pokémon battle—one that requires teamwork and strategy between players! Simple yet intricate, this game is definitely a big change from its predecessors.

Today we will be talking about one of the best Pokémon in UNITE, namely Aegislash and its best moves in-game.

Aegislash

Aegislash is a Steel/Ghost-type Pokémon introduced in Generation 6. It is one of the stronger Pokémon introduced in the Gen-6 games of Pokémon X and Y. It evolves from Doublade, which evolves from Honedge.

Unlike most Pokémon, Aegislash has two separate forms. One of the forms specializes in attack while the other specializes in defense. In Pokémon UNITE, however, Aegislash is played a bit differently. The moveset can vary based on a person’s preference, but there are a few good ways of getting the most out of Aegislash.

Aegislash Moveset

Aegislash can be built in a variety of ways. Of all the ways we have seen, this seems to be the most optimal one, in our opinion:

  • Shadow Sneak: Damage. Teleport. AOE Damage. Increase boost count.
  • Sacred Sword: AOE Damage. Displacement. Increase boost count. (+) Damage done by zone increases Attack.
  • Iron Head: Damage. Increase boost count. Block. (+) After block, increase Attack.
  • Coup de Grace: AOE Damage. More damage against low HP opponents.
