Night of the Full Moon is a roguelike turn-based card game where players have to advance through three chapters with the help of a variety of characters/classes to defeat the final boss. Every character/class in Night of the Full Moon is unique in terms of abilities, skills, etc. And hence each of the characters has their own playstyle.

Knight
Knight is one of the starter classes in Night of the Full Moon, also one of the most easier ones to use. Knights abilities includes –
- Baptism: Select one card from the deck to upgrade.
- Cooldown: 5 combats
- Combo: Copy the next card used.
- Cooldown: 2 combats
- Tenacity: Gain Armor equivalent to health lost.
- Cooldown: 3 combats
Apothecary
The Apothecary class is nothing but an alchemist class in Night of the Full Moon. With the help of Apothecary class, players can quickly replenish HP/Mana/AP. You can also double the effect of spell cards and do other things. The Apothecary abilities include –
- Golden touch: Transform a card into gold.
- Cooldown: 6 combats
- Refine: Draw 2 cards. Double the effect of spell cards you draw.
- Cooldown: 2 combats
- Quick-acting Potion: Choose 30 health/20 mana/3 Action.
- Cooldown: 3 combats
Magician
The magician class in Night of the Full Moon acts more like a trickster. Using magician class, you can steal cards from the shop, copy cards that are in your hand and much more. The magician abilities includes –
- Appropriation: Steal the leftmost card in the shop.
- Cooldown: 6 combats
- Curtain: Move 1 card from your deck to your hand.
- Cooldown: 2 combats
- Puppet: Copy the leftmost card in your hand. It’s action/mana costs is 0.
- Cooldown: 2 combats
Nun
The nun is a healer class in Night of the Full Moon that can restore health based on damage dealt. The best part about the nun is that players can get an extra turn if they use the Nun’s player ability during combat. The Nun’s abilities include –
- Blessing: Transform one of your cards (change one card into a random new one).
- Cooldown: 6 combats.
- Discipline: Restore health equal to 50% of damage dealt (lasts 2 turns).
- Cooldown: 2 combats.
- Prayer: Speed: Get 1 extra turn.
- Cooldown: 3 combats
Ranger
The archer is a class that is a little hard to use. However, once you master it, you can deal continuous damage. With the help of few cards like Sprint, Agility and Accelerate, you can generate additional action points which will help you in battles. Rangers abilities include –
- Discovery: Open one chest for free.
- Cooldown: 4 combats
- Afterimage: Immunity to all damage. Lasts only 1 turn. (In Combat)
- Cooldown: 2 combats
- Dexterity: Gain 2 Action. Restore 3 health when you play an action card. (In Combat)
- Cooldown: 3 combats
Soul Hunter
Soul Hunter is one of the best class in entirety of Night of the Full Moon, granted, if used correctly. The soul hunter can siphon mana or life force out of the enemy. They can end battles quickly with the expense of their own HP. So if you have some good healing cards equipped. Soul Hunter is a force to be reckoned with. The soul hunter abilities include –
- Soul Infusion: Choose to increase either Maximum Health by 3 or Initial Mana by 2.
- Cooldown: 6 Combats
- Contract Cost: Lose 2 Health, Draw 2 Cards.
- Cooldown: 2 Combats
- End of Fate: Choose 1 Spell Card from your Deck, get it into your Hand and double its effects.
- Cooldown: 5 Combats
Werewolf
The werewolf is one of the hard to use classes in Night of the Full Moon. It is one of the best class when it comes to dealing with raw damage. Werewolf’s abilities includes –
- Full Moon: Get 1 card from 2 random cards.
- Cooldown: 8 combats
- Tearing: Deal damage equals to 50%(10% for a boss) of the enemy’s maximum health.
- Cooldown: 3 combats.
- Howl: Discard your hand, draw the same number of cards. Action +1.
- Cooldown: 2 combats
Witch
Witch is one of the toughest classes in Night of the Full Moon. But with the help of Mana cards, you can deal some great elemental damage. The witch abilities include –
- Confusion: Get your next shop purchase at half price.
- Cooldown: 6 combats
- Introspection: Spell card cost for this turn is halved. Damage taken is halved (until the next turn).
- Cooldown: 2 combats
- Incantation: Deal 3 additional damage this turn. Draw 3 cards.
- Cooldown: 3 combats.
Mechanic
The mechanic is a class which comes with a great variety of options/skills, granted you have enough gold to opt for them. The mechanic abilities include –
- Upgrade: Choice: get gold coins or consume gold coins to strengthen (Cooldown: 8 combats)
- Get 20 gold
- Pay 10 gold for +10 max HP
- Pay 40 gold to delete the card
- Pay 70 gold for +1 Action
- Pay 70 gold for +1 equipment slot
- Pay 120 gold for +1 card drawn each turn
- Moving parts: Draw 2 action cards. They cost 0. Consume 2 action points, draw 1 card. Cooldown: once per turn
- Cooldown: 4 combats
