Hogwarts Legacy is one of the most hyped games in 2023. And delivering on their promise to provide a fully-pledged Harry Potter world, Avalance Software did not forget about wizardry clothing. Without factoring in stats (since Transmog exists), here are the best outfits to wear in Hogwarts Legacy for your wizardry drip.
Relic House Uniform
The Relic House Uniform offers unique yet mysterious clothing for your wizard. It provides a distinct look for players who want to look and feel like the head of the table. The best part about these robes is that the linings glow once you fire a spell in combat.
To find this fabulous outfit, you must find the Daedalian Keys scattered in Hogwarts Legacy and collect 16 House Tokens. Once you’ve gathered these resources, you can unlock the House Chest in your common room. Note that you can only acquire a Relic House Uniform depending on your House.
Dark Arts Robes
Considering that you can cast Unforgivable Curses in Hogwarts Legacy, it’s common for players to play as an anti-hero in the game. One way to channel your inner Voldemort or Bellatrix is by grabbing a Dark Arts Robe. There are no repercussions if you want to wear these robes around Hogwarts, so feel accessible to show off to other students they’re messing with.
Unfortunately, this outfit is only available via the Deluxe Edition of Hogwarts Legacy. Other players who bought the game already can purchase the Dark Arts Cosmetic Set to complete your villainous attire. It’s unfortunate that the game doesn’t provide a karma system for your actions, but at least it allows you to cast Avada Kedavra on Trolls.
Dragonhide Protector’s Cloak
We’re sure other students will be jealous of your character sporting this coat. It’s literally made out of dragon skin. You can acquire the Dragonhide Protector by simply playing through the Dark Wizard challenges in the game.
Quidditch Captain’s Uniform
While this outfit doesn’t look as cool as others on this list, it certainly adds a charm. Remember how students would look at the school varsity and dub them the “coolest students” on campus? This outfit is a reminder that you’re an asset to your House by being the Quidditch Captain. You can earn this by landing on hidden platforms using your broom.
Spider Slayer Armour
If you’re arachnophobic, you better face your fears, as you can only get this by slaying the terrorizing eight-legged creatures. While this outfit initially seems out of place, it will slowly grow on you because of its uniqueness. Translate your inner Dark Souls energy by wearing this while wielding magic to defeat monsters and other wizards.

Regal Golden Silk Robe
Do you like luxurious brands such as Louis Vuitton or Versace? If so, this Regal Golden Silk Robe might fit your character as you role-play as a rich yet masterful wizard in Hogwarts Legacy. The various patterns and the gold hue it sports will keep heads turning in Hogwarts. Depending on its rarity, you can get this at Gladrags Wizardwear for 250-500 coins.
Traditional School Robe
Who could ever forget this iconic robe worn by the cast of Harry Potter? As a kid, we’ve always wanted to own one of these robes, especially the Slitherine one. You could get this robe as soon as the Sorting Hat sorts you into a House or, like many of us, choose our own House.
