How to Build Razor in Genshin Impact
Razor is a 4-star Electro character who uses a claymore to protect his friends and family. He is a Physical DPS unit and relies on his Normal Attacks and Elemental Burst to shred enemies. Razor is a selfish DPS character, which means he must stay on the field most of the time.
Razor’s Elemental Burst, Lightning Fang, buffs his Normal Attacks, increases attack speed, and provides resistance to interruption. The best build for Razor is a Physical DPS build.
Best Weapons for Razor
Wolf’s Gravestone is Razor’s best weapon in Genshin Impact. It is a 5-star weapon featuring a base attack of 608 at max level. Moreover, players will gain 49.6% ATK as a secondary stat and more ATK % from Wolf’s Gravestone passive.
After Wolf’s Gravestone, Song of Broken Pines and Skyward Pride are great 5-star options. Both weapons have useful secondary stat (Physical DMG % and Energy Recharge) for Razor. Unfortunately, not everybody is lucky enough to own a 5-star weapon.

Artifact sets for Razor build
When it comes to Physical DPS characters, Pale Flame is the best set. Players can also use 2-Piece 18% ATK set with 2-Piece Gladiator’s Finale/Shimenawa’s Reminiscence. Alternatively, if you don’t want to farm new artifacts, you can choose to run 4-Piece Gladiator’s Finale.

- 2-Piece Pale Flame + 2-Piece Bloodstained Chivalry or 4-Piece Gladiator’s Finale
- 2-Piece Bloodstained Chivalry (2) / Pale Flame (2) +18% ATK set (2)
Like any other DPS unit, you want the following main stats on artifacts:
- ATK% on Sands
- Physical DMG% on Goblet
- Crit Rate/DMG on Circlet
For Razor, you should prioritize Crit Rate, Crit DMG, ATK%, and Energy Recharge sub stats. When paired with an Electro battery like Fischl, and a Cryo burst support like Rosaria, Razor can cause Superconduct reaction and defeat enemies with his physical strength easily.
