Considering that you can use one active, one job-specific, and up to four passive sigils, building the right sigil tablet combo is going to be crucial to benefit from this system to the maximum. Deciding on which sigils to use can be confusing, especially at first, when you’re just getting acquainted with your tablet capabilities. That’s why we have this guide to the best sigil build in Ragnarok Origin that you can use as your starting point.

The great thing with the sigil tablet mechanic is that you get your starter pack for free so you can benefit from those initial perks right away. Otherwise, you will have to go and get sigils and sigil shards by fighting in Jupero Ruins, buying them from the Diamond and Nyan Berry shops, or getting them as Dungeon Leaderboard rewards.

When it comes to the best starter sigil tablet build in Ragnarok Origin, this is our suggestion:

  • Ancient Power (support, neutral)—to boost all attributes
  • Deadlock Aurora (passive)—to restore 50% of HP when it falls below 20%
  • Unexpected Rescue (passive)—to restore 40% of HP when it falls below 20%
  • Flowing Shield (passive) in the remaining three slots—to obtain a shield (8% of max HP) that deals 200% Water Magic damage when broken

We also found that these sigils work as great alternatives—Silent Escape, Painful Drowning, Fierce Bash, or Silver Soul.

Some of the best sigils regardless of your class are Ancient Power (especially the gold one; however, it is difficult to level up) and Fierce/Megaton Bash (for increased damage). Regardless of the class you’re playing, you should also try to get Berserk for a good damage boost. However, you should be careful with sigils like Choice of Fate, Risky Roulette, or Choice Maze because they can be properly suicidal as they can increase your damage but also reduce your HP (unless you have a Priest). Better go for Raging Bloodlust instead.

Tanks will benefit immensely from Courage Blessing and Brave Heart as they reduce damage significantly—especially as you level these sigils up. If you’re playing alone, make sure to use Deadlock Aurora and/or Unexpected Rescue since they will help a lot with self-healing. The same goes for Floating Protection/Surging Protection/Flowing Shield which gives you a decent shield that lasts 60 seconds.

We hope you find this guide informative and that it will help you make better decisions when creating your own tablet build. Let us know what you decided on in the comments and check out more useful guides in our dedicated Ragnarok Origin section here at TouchTapPlay!
