Can You Create a Private Lobby in Warhammer 40K: Darktide? Answered

Unfortunately, considering it’s still a relatively new title, there is currently no way of creating your own Private Lobby in Warhammer 40K: Darktide. For now, players must queue up and be matched with other random players to play the game.

However, a lot of players have requested that the game’s developers implement Dedicated Servers for the game, and while that didn’t happen, the team is working on allowing players to play both solos and private lobbies with friends.

The developers will be implementing this feature in two stages. Players will be able to play solo on a local server when the game launches on November 30 or through a patch after it launches. For Private Lobbies, however, It’s planned to release sometime this month.

So once again, players cannot create a Private Lobby in Warhammer 40K: Darktide, and while this is frustrating, the game is still a new game and there are lots of updates and patches to come, so players might not be disappointed for too long.

Warhammer 40k: Darktide is currently available to play on Steam.
