Color Switch continues the trend of simple yet challenging games we’ve seen recently. Tap to move your ball forward, but be careful! Your ball can only pass through color walls of the same color. 1. Take your time!

With no time or energies limits, you are free to take as much time as you need as you progress through the levels. Rushing is the number one killer in this game, so be sure to slow it down in between obstacles.

2. Keep your momentum steady!

When you’re in between obstacles, you’re going to have to bounce yourself as you wait for your color to rotate back. During this time, try to keep your bouncing steady. What we mean by this is not to let your ball drop too fast and too far, otherwise you might throw yourself off with the increased momentum. Small, rapid taps with split second intervals between should do the trick.

3. Bypass obstacles!

In certain instances, if you’re fast enough, you can bypass some obstacles altogether! Obviously you can’t do this with full closed circles, but some like the windmills can be bypassed without needing to change your color. Look for your chances and zoom out of there!

4. Peace and quiet!

While the soundtrack to this game is pretty sweet, you may find it a bit distracting. Eventually, we found ourselves tapping to the beat more than we’d like, so it may help you to turn off the music, or at least turn it down. You might instinctively start tapping to the beat just like us and that’ll run you right into the wrong color!

5. Take a break!

Just like any other of these tough-as-nails games, it’ll get frustrating after a way if you keep dying. Don’t be afraid to step back and take a break. You’ll continue to do bad if you keep forcing yourself to play, so take a break, regain your composure, and try again later!

That’s all for Color Switch. Remember, it’s all about practice! If you have any other tips or tricks to share, leave a comment below!
