Fortnite Winterfest 2021 has many new quests and challenges with it and one of them requires you to Warm yourself at the Yule Log in the Cozy Lodge. This year’s holiday event is one of the bigger than the last year’s in every way, with Epic Games giving away 14 days of free gifts.
The Warm yourself at the Yule Log in the Cozy Lodge quest is the first Winterfest challenge and a great way to earn added XP. Here’s how you can warm yourself at the Yule Log in the Cozy Lodge in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1.

Cozy Lodge Location in Fortnite

Cozy Lodge is not a location on Fortnite island so jumping into a game of Fortnite isn’t the way. Instead, your search for the Cozy Lodge shrinks down to the in-game menu. Cozy Lodge is located on the main menu. You can find the Cozy Lodge by firing up Fortnite during Winterfest and you’ll notice an exclamation mark over a snowflake on the right side of the navigation bar right beside the V-Bucks tab.

Simply select the snowflake icon and you will be teleported to the Cozy Lodge in Fortnite Chapter 3 Season 1.

How to Warm Yourself at the Yule Log in Fortnite

The Yule Log is a well-lit and luminous fireplace in the Cozy Lodge adding more coziness and warmth as the harsh chilly winters have arrived in the Fortnite island. However, you can’t interact or select the fireplace upon entering the cabin. You will first need to talk with Sgt. Winter, the muscular and heavy-looking old guy sitting by the fireplace. Then, move your cursor over the log. That will complete the quest and you will be granted 18,000 in-game XP.
