The new update will include three new normal characters – the agent from Framed, a cartoon milk bag from Gag-it and Archie from Archie –  as well as two other characters are secret ones that have to be unlocked.

The new Crossy Road update has been submitted to Apple for certification yesterday so it should become available very soon on the App Store if everything goes well.

The previous Crossy Road update has been released last month. This update was a UK themed update which included UK content such as the double decker buses and Royal Mail vans and a variety of characters.

Crossy Road is now available for download for free on the App Store. The game comes with some IAPs but they are in no way required to enjoy the game, as the extra characters can all be unlocked by simply playing the game.
