You could encounter the most impressive appearances of this monster in the original Resident Evil 3 game and its Remake. But, Dead by Daylight allows you to play as this mutant and it is quite strong. If you always dreamed to run around like a giant monstrosity saying the word “S.T.A.R.S.” all the road then you came to the right place. This guide will tell you how to play Nemesis in Dead by Daylight.
How to Play Nemesis in Dead by Daylight
Nemesis in Dead by Daylight is a big and dangerous mutant. Its main ability allows it to hit with a tentacle in a determined direction. This whip attack may affect survivors differently depending on the victim’s condition. In case the survivor is in fine condition, the tentacle will cause an infection. If the player is infected then whip attacks will deal damage on hit. The main feature of this tentacle is its longer range and smaller hitbox in comparison with standard blow. Nemesis can hit an infected survivor with its whip attack even through different objects and windows.
One of the main features of Nemesis’s main ability is mutation. Hitting players makes this passive skill progress. There are three mutation stages and Nemesis starts with the first one. It allows mutant to hit from a decent range. In the second stage, whip attacks are able to break doors and pallets. In the third stage tentacles getting their range increased.
The second ability of Nemesis is Zombies. There are two of them in total and they will be walking around and trying to attack survivors. Zombies work the same way as Nemesis’s tentacles. They infect a normal survivor and deal damage to an infected one. Also, Nemesis can kill these zombies to disable them and progress in mutation.
The Umbrella’s bio-weapon seems to be quite a formidable threat. However, you should practice with its tentacle attacks as these have small hitboxes and it may be hard to hit someone with them. Good luck in your further matches.
