The main component of Decor Life is organizing. The better you are at it, the more points you will score which allows you to level up and put new things in your house. When you grind your house level to certain milestones, you’ll be able to unlock the other parts to renovate. You will earn one, two, or three stars for your work. It’s simple, but there are a few things you should know in order to get good scores.

Stack similar things together. You can put things like books, towels, and blankets on top of one another. Doing this will help you to conserve your space and make everything look put together. Store away the things you don’t always use and put things on the counter that won’t be cluttery.

How To Get A 3-Star Rating In Decor Life

At the end of a section, if you didn’t score three stars, you have a chance to redeem yourself. On the map, look for the items that have a glowing circle around them. These are the items that were put in the wrong place, and you need to find their correct location in order to proceed with the highest number of points. Don’t be afraid to try in unusual places – for example, there was one item we thought was a makeup palette that actually turned out to be a mirror decoration, so anything is possible.

How To Place Food Items In Decor Life

At times, the organization can be more specific than just placement. Certain things might need to be on vessels. You wouldn’t eat a piece of cake on a table without a plate, right? Well, you could, no judgement here, but you’d either have a mess, your mom yelling at you, or both. Basically, if you placed something and the result isn’t correct, try putting something under it to see if it works.

How To Level Up Quickly In Decor Life

For lots of extra points, make sure to do the minis. This is where you organize but on a much smaller, faster scale than doing an entire room. If you are one of those people who loves to color code their closets and drawers, this will be very satisfying. It’s a more concentrated challenge-like mode because you have to not only organize by color, but you have to follow a specific grid. Everything must be in the same grid line, the same pattern, the same style, and go in the right storage areas.

How To Properly Use Storage In Decor Life

Something you can do that isn’t overly advertised in the game is taking advantage of the inside storage areas, meaning the drawers, cupboards, cabinets, etc. Tap on them to open them up and put all your things away. Large items like pots and pans should go in the bottom storage while small items should go in the overhead compartments. You want to think of it how you’d organize your real-life spaces. For example, it wouldn’t make sense to put coffee cups in a bottom drawer when reaching up for them is a much easier access. The same goes for heavy cookware.

Decor Life is a satisfying game perfect for those who like idle games that are still challenging and creative. You can build your dream by downloading the game today and diving right in!
