How to Unlock the Secret Cow Level in Diablo II Resurrected

The Secret Cow Level is a secret level in Diablo II Resurrected that requires a little bit of work to unlock. Inside this level, you will be able to farm cows, called Hell Bovines, and take on the Cow King, who can drop a special set of items alongside your typical drops.

To access the secret Cow Level, you will first need to complete Diablo II Resurrected at any difficulty level. Once you complete the game at the regular difficulty level, for example, you will be able to access the secret Cow Level for that difficulty.

Once this is done, you will need to purchase a Tome of Town Portal from Akara, find the Wirt’s Leg, which can be found in ruined Tristram, combine them in the Horadric Cube while in the Rogue Encampment in Act 1, and use Transmute to summon the portal to the Secret Cow Level. Enter it to access the new level and start your Hell Bovine slaughtering endeavors!
