Digimon ReArise: Digivolution (Evolution) Guide: Everything You Need to Know

Digimon ReArise – What is Digivolution (Digimon Evolution)?

Digivolution is a feature which lets you upgrade your Digimon into their more powerful form. This will use DGV-Codes and Bit to transform your Digimon into their stronger form, and depending on which Digimon you want to Digivolve, it can have various Digivoluton forms.

Digivolving your Digimon will give them a great boost in their stats, raise the stat caps on level and bonding, and change the Digimon pretty much entirely (its shape, name and skills) making them way stronger than before.

Digimon ReArise – How to Digivolve a Digimon?

There are a few steps in the process of Digivolution, and if you want to upgrade your best Digimon, then you will have to put quite a bit of work into it because it will pay off in the end. The steps of Digivolving a Digimon are:

– Training the Digimon (upgrading level, awakening, working out)

– Collecting the DGV-Codes

– Bonding with the Digimon

Since there are a few steps, let’s start with the very beginning:

Training the Digimon:

Upgrade the level: The Training of a Digimon can be done in the main screen interface by heading on to the Train option in the bottom right side of the screen. There, you will find the Upgrade tab where you can use Bit to level up your Digimon.

You will always have a max level cap depending on the Awakening level that your Digimon has, so always try to have your favorite Digimon’s level capped!

Workout / Awakening: Once you capped a Digimon’s level for the current Awakening status that it has, the next step is to work out with the Digimon so that it can be Awakened (again).

Head on to the Workout / Awakening tab and there you will need to use the Workout Chips required for each Digimon in order to achieve Awakening. If the text Ready is written over a chip, then you can train your Digimon with it. Awakening will increase the level cap and power of a Digimon.

Collect the DGV-Codes!

Each Digimon will require different DGV-Codes depending on their type, but you can go and farm for them in the Clash battles and from completing various quests and tasks. You can see the DGV-Code requirement for the Digimon that you want to evolve by heading on to the Train -> Digivolve and you will see there which codes are required for each one of them.

Bonding with the Digimon:

This is pretty easy, but it will take time. All that you have to do in order to increase your Bond with a Digimon is head on to the Digimon tab -> DigiCare -> choose your Digimon that you want to increase your Bond with and add them to your screen.

There, you can feed them and boost their mood, because that will increase their Bond with you. Make sure that you feed them and keep them happy, and also give them the items that they like because the Bond you receive will be higher than if you would feed them with random stuff.

Digivolution time:

To see all the requirements for a specific Digimon head on to the Digimon menu -> Digimon List -> select the Digimon you want to Digivolve and on the left side of the screen you will see two sections: Level Digivolution Condition and Bond Digivolution Condition.

Once you met both of these conditions and have collected the DGV-Codes, you can Digivolve your heroes as you wish!

Digimon ReArise – Is it worth to Digivolve everyone?

Definitely not worth it to Digivolve all the Digimon that you have collected so far. I would suggest that you first check out our Digimon ReArise Mega tier list and non-Mega and Ultimate tier list, because there we are listing some of the best Digimon that you can go for!

You can see which forms a Digimon will have by heading on to the Digimon -> Digimon List -> select your Digimon -> and in the right side of the new window which popped up, go to Profile. There you can see the forms which a Digimon can be evolved to!

My suggestion: I consider it is better to follow the tier lists that I mentioned above, but also keep in mind that a Digimon which can be upgraded to Mega form will have way better stats than a Digimon which only has an Ultimate form!
