For the second set of Dragon Balls, the first clue Porunga has for you is to find the Milky Way. This one is actually pretty easy and straightforward, as all you need to do is to go on the main menu and look for a sparkly stream. It should look something like this:

If you don’t see it right away, swipe through the various banners at the bottom of the screen on the Home menu. You’ll come across the Milky Way eventually.
