To take down all the powerful enemies that will bar their way, Goku and his friends have to become stronger in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot by defeating enemies and taking full advantage of the Community Boards system, which requires Soul Emblems.

Like for the previous sagas, multiple Soul Emblems in the Cell Saga are obtained via story progression, while a few others require you to complete specific side quests. Two additional Soul Emblems can be found during the Saga Intermission.
