What Are Community Boards in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot?

Community Boards in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot are special boards that are used to improve stats and activate some very useful Community Skills. Each of the seven boards available in the game focuses on specific stats, allowing you to customize your characters in different ways depending on the number of Soul Emblems currently in your possession.

The seven Community Boards in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot are detailed in the table below.

Community BoardEffects
Z Warrior CommunityIncreases ATK and Support Gauge
Cooking CommunityIncreases Meal Success, Boost, and Duration
Training CommunityIncreases EXP and DEF
Development CommunityIncreases Machine Level & Build Success, and reduces Zeni cost

How to Activate Bonuses

Each Community Board comes with a central character that is considered the board’s leader, and thus cannot be moved. To enjoy some nice Link Bonuses, which increase the Community Level, you will have to link characters on the board by placing Soul Emblems of characters that have some sort of relationship close to one another. By doing so you can also unlock a special cutscene involving the linked characters.

To enjoy some more bonuses, you should also try to increase the proficiency level of Soul Emblems. This is achieved by giving gifts to the corresponding character. With increased proficiency, it will be easier to increase the Community Level and activate more skills, allowing you to take on even more powerful opponents!
