To cook food you will need plenty of ingredients, which can be found in a variety of ways. Here’s how to.

Where to Find Cooking Ingredients in Dragon Ball Z: Kakarot

Cooking ingredients, or materials, can be received as reward for completing certain quests, can be bought from stores in villages, or can be found on the field. If you want to save money, however, finding them on the field is the most convenient way, as you can get tons of them with little effort.

Finding cooking ingredients on the field requires you to interact with fruit trees, hunt wild animals and dinosaurs, and fish. You can use the Ki Search ability to find fruit trees, wild animals, and dinosaurs on the field more easily.

As animals, in general, appear randomly on the map, it can be a little difficult to find one while searching randomly. With Ki Search, however, they will be highlighted on the map, making it much easier to get all the meat you need for those tasty meals!
