Epic War – Castle Alliance: Best Heroes in the Game

In our article today we will tell you what the best heroes in Epic War – Castle Alliance. If you were looking for a guide to know exactly who the most amazing heroes are, then you’re in the right place! 

We will go through every single hero and tell you what they are good for, and also go through all the hero types to help you pick exactly the best ones according to the things you are looking to accomplish in game.

First thing you need to keep in mind is that there are 3 types of heroes: Battle, Develop and Assist. The Battle heroes are the ones which boost your fighting attributes and increase your troops’ power when trying to conquer the enemy territory.

The Develop heroes are the ones which you want to use when you’re focused on upgrading your kingdom and you want to basically boost all your “PvE” stats (resource production, research speed, construction speed and so on). 

The Assist heroes are not my favorites, because I simply find them useless – even though they aren’t all that useless. They boost the soldier training speed, increase the Warehouse storage capacity and boost the healing speed. They are pretty useless in my opinion, but hey – if you quickly need to boost recovery, they might work for you!

As you can see, all of the heroes have different stats, and it all depends on what you are doing at the moment, especially at the beginning. Since all of the heroes start at 1 star, and each skill unlocks with a new star (up to 5 stars – 5 skills), you will have to work quite a bit to be able to fully unlock their whole potential.

Now in my opinion, for Battle I would definitely suggest Firefox Warrior and Lich, but depending on how you manage your troops, you might make better use of the Archmage or another. Really, it all depends on what you are planning to do and how quickly you star up the heroes.
