Every character in Fire Emblem Engage can build up their support levels with Alear and other characters. You can do this by fighting besides each other on the battlefield, and by presenting them their favorite gifts. We’ll show you every character’s favorite gift in our Fire Emblem Engage gift guide!
Gifting Guide for Fire Emblem Engage
When two specific units fight near each other or heal each other, they’ll gain support points. Once they have enough support points, a support conversation will unlock, and listening to it will increase the two characters’ support level.
When two characters have a high support level, they’ll gain stat bonuses when they’re standing adjacent to each other during battle. The higher the level, the greater the bonus.
Alear can build support levels with the entire cast, while others can only build support with specific characters. Refer to the support reference on the Somniel for details.
Aside from battle, activities on the Somniel can grant support points. Sparring in the Training Arena and sharing a meal together give support points!
Of course, the most direct way to gain more support points is to give a character a gift. Characters gain support points from gifts provided they don’t dislike it, but they’ll gain more if you give them one of their favorites.
