Terra Battle, the free to play role playing game developed by Hironobu Sakaguchi’s Mistwalker, has been downloaded over 1.200.000 times, the team confirmed today. This excellent result has been reached in less than a month since the game’s official launch and doesn’t keep multiple downloads made from the same person into account.
To celebrate this great result, the team has also confirmed that another Final Fantasy veteran, Nobuo Uematsu, is going to contribute some new music tracks to Terra Battle. Production of the new tracks has already begun and will be implemented at a later date.

The only thing that prevents the game from being a true classic are the free to play mechanics which effectively hold the experience back a bit.
